摘　　要：刘献君的现代大学制度建设思想是其“大学之道”的重要组成部分。他从关系理性的哲学高度探究大学之“本”,提出“制度为关系而设定”,从“两极关系”统一中揭示制度的“整体本质”或“复合本质”,廓清了大学目的与手段、制度与权力、制度与机制、制度与文化等内外部关系,提出了现代大学制度的方法论、本体论与实践论思想,为我国高等教育理论与实践创新作出了贡献。Liu Xianjun’s thought on modern university system construction is an important part of his thoughts on the university.He explores the essence of the university from the philosophical height of relational rationality,puts forwards“institutions are set for relationships”,revealing the“whole essence”or“compound essence”of system from the unity of“two-pole relation”,which cleared up the internal and external relations of the university,such as the aim and means,the system and the power,the system and the mechanism,the system and the culture.He creatively puts forward the methodology,the ontology and practical thoughts of the modern university system,and makes outstanding contributions to the development of China’s higher education.
