摘  要:目的优选肿节风的提取工艺及喷干工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交设计试验法,以异嗪皮啶、迷迭香酸以及干膏得率为指标,对加水量、提取时间、提取次数进行考察,优化水提工艺,以结块强度、内聚力指数和粉体流动性指数为指标,对肿节风浸膏的密度进行考察,优选出最佳喷干工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为14倍量水、加热回流3次、每次1 h;最佳喷雾干燥工艺为浸膏密度为1.08时效果最优。结论优选的提取工艺简便稳定,提取效率高。Objective To optimize the extraction process and drying process of leprosy.Methods L9(34)orthogonal design test was used to investigate the amount of water added,extraction time and extraction times,and optimize the water extraction process.The density of leprosy extract was investigated with the index of caking strength,cohesion index and powder fluidity index,and the optimal drying process was selected.Results The optimal extraction process was 14 times water,heating reflux 3 times,each for 1 h;The optimum spray-drying process was an extract density of 1.08.Conclusion The preferred extraction process is simple and stable with high extraction efficiency.
