摘 要:依托“岗课赛证”融通的教学设计理念对旅游市场营销课程的教学内容进行重构。以旅游市场营销组合策略为抓手,对接商丘古城景区真实营销项目,在旅游营销与管理实际工作中将古城文化、非遗文化、红色文化融入其中,培养学生懂营销、会策划、能执行的能力,全面提升学生综合素质。“以赛促教”推进了教育教学改革创新,不断提升了人才培养质量,服务了地方文旅产业发展。The teaching content of tourism marketing course is reconstructed relying on the teaching design concept of“post-course-competition-certificate”integration.Taking the tourism marketing combined strategy as the starting point,this paper takes the real marketing project of Shanghai Ancient City scenic spot as the example,and integrates the ancient city culture,intangible cultural heritage and red culture into the actual work of tourism marketing and management to cultivate studentsability to understand marketing,to make plan and to execute,and to improve the comprehensive quality of students in an all-round way.“Promoting education through competition”has promoted the reform and innovation of education and teaching,continuously improved the quality of talent training,and served the development of local cultural tourism industry.
