摘 要:7A85合金是我国自主研发的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金,被广泛应用于航空航天领域。研究了热处理后7A85合金的组织和拉伸性能,这对加速并拓宽7A85合金的工业化应用具有十分重要的意义。结果表明,热处理之后7A85合金的晶粒为长条形且存在很多亚晶。热处理后的7A85合金由GP区和η'相协同强化。微米级的晶界第二相主要由Al、Zn、Mg、Cu元素在晶界处偏聚形成,Zr元素没有在晶界处发生偏聚形成晶界第二相。纳米级的晶界主要由Mg和Zn偏聚形成,在某些第二相中含有Cu。热处理后7A85合金的抗拉强度为596 MPa,屈服强度为572 MPa,伸长率为10.6%。7A85 alloy is a self-developed Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy,which is widely used in aerospace field.The microstructure and tensile properties of 7A85 alloy after heat treatment were studied,which was of great significance to accelerate and broaden the industrial application of 7A85 alloy.The results show that the grain of 7A85 alloy after heat treatment is long and there are many sub grains.After heat treatment,7A85 alloy is reinforced by GP zone andη'phase.The second phase of micron scale is mainly formed by the segregation of Al,Zn,Mg and Cu at the grain boundary,while Zr does not segregate at the grain boundary to form the second phase.The second phase of nanometer scale at the grain boundary is mainly formed by the segregation of Mg and Zn,and contains Cu in some second phases.After heat treatment,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of 7A85 alloy are 596 MPa,572 MPa and 10.6%,respectively.
