摘  要:利用ANSYS Workbench软件分析了管式真空热处理炉炉膛内部温度场分布,通过模拟隔热层放置位置/厚度、工件盒厚度/材质、筛网厚度/材质对炉膛内部均温区范围及其平均温度的影响,获得了不同热处理炉隔热层、工件盒与筛网的设计参数;通过优选设计参数,可使均温区长度从240 mm提升至320 mm,提升了33.33%,平均温度从958.25℃提升至962.94℃。最后采用优化后的热处理炉结构参数对负载Nd2Fe14B试样的温度场进行了仿真。结果表明,Nd2Fe14B永磁体的均温区范围及平均温度得到了明显提升,磁体平均温度从959.07℃提高到963.06℃,且磁体的温度起伏明显趋于平稳,从±1.06℃优化至±0.21℃。The ANSYS Workbench simulation software was used to analyze the temperature field distribution of the tube vacuum heat treatment furnace.The optimized design parameters of heat treatment furnace insulation layer,workpiece box and screen were obtained by simulating the influence of the placement position/thickness of the insulation layer,the thickness/material of the workpiece box,and the thickness/material of the screen on the range and average temperature of the interior average temperature zone of the furnace.After optimization,the average temperature zone length can be increased from 240 mm to 320 mm,which was increased 33.33%,and the average temperature was increased from 958.25℃to 962.94℃.Finally,the temperature field of Nd2Fe14B samples was simulated by the optimized parameters of heat treatment furnace.The results show that the average temperature range and average temperature of Nd2Fe14B permanent magnet have been improved obviously.The average temperature of the magnet increases from 959.07℃to 963.06℃,and the temperature fluctuations of the magnet obviously stabilize,which is optimized from±1.06℃to±0.21℃.
