摘 要:采用数值模拟和实验测试的方法,研究了侧喷铝卷退火炉内气固传热流场和铝卷温度场的分布规律,并讨论了铝卷表面传热系数的分布特性。结果表明:炉内喷口速度分布均匀,铝卷端面和外表面温度温度较高,且外表面和端面各点温度分布差别较大;计算得到铝卷外表面换热系数分布呈现两端高中间低的趋势,端面换热系数呈现边缘高中间低的特点,并拟合了各表面传热系数的加权系数计算公式。模拟结果同测试结果规律一致,流速计算误差约为±10%,铝卷温度偏差小于2℃。The distribution rules of the internal flow field and the aluminum coil temperature field at the gas-solid coupling interface in the side-impinging jet annealing furnace were studied by numerical simulation and experimental test,and the distribution properties of the aluminum surface heat transfer coefficient were also discussed.The results show that the nozzle velocity distribution in the furnace is uniform,but the temperature both at the end and the outer surface of alloy coil is higher,and the temperature of different locations on the outer surface and end surface also varies greatly.The calculation results of the heat transfer coefficient on the surface of the alloy show that the distribution presents a trend of high at both ends of surface and low in the middle.The heat transfer coefficient of the end surface is high edge and low middle,and the weighted coefficient calculation formula of each surface heat transfer coefficient is obtained by data fitting.The simulation results are consistent with the test results with the flow velocity calculation error in about±10%,and the aluminum coil temperature deviation is less than 2℃.
