摘 要:采用喷射电沉积在SLM铝合金表面制备Ni-MoS_(2)自润滑复合涂层。用摩擦磨损试验机评价镀液中MoS_(2)浓度对Ni-MoS_(2)自润滑复合涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:共沉积MoS_(2)微粒能有效降低Ni-MoS_(2)自润滑复合涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率。与纯Ni涂层相比,Ni-MoS_(2)自润滑复合涂层与316L钢球对磨的摩擦系数和磨损率显著降低,摩擦系数从0.51降至0.12,磨损率从0.41 mg/m降至0.11 mg/m,为SLM铝合金表面改善摩擦学性能提供了参考。Ni-MoS_(2)self-lubricating composite coating was prepared by jet electrodeposition on aluminum alloy formed by SLM.The friction and wear tester was used to evaluate the influence of MoS_(2)concentration in the plating solution on the friction and wear properties of the Ni-MoS_(2)self-lubricating composite coating.The results show that co-deposited MoS_(2)particles can effectively reduce the friction coefficient and wear rate of the Ni-MoS_(2)self-lubricating composite coating.Compared with that of pure Ni coating,the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ni-MoS_(2)self-lubricating composite coating and 316L steel ball on the grinding are significantly reduced,the friction coefficient reduces from 0.51 to 0.12,and the wear rate reduces from 0.41 mg/m to 0.11 mg/m,which can provide references for improving the tribological properties of aluminum alloy formed by SLM.
