摘 要:W掺杂M相VO_(2)(W-VO_(2)(M))发生热致半导体-金属相变的温度可低至室温,在智能窗领域应用潜力巨大。在“双碳”背景下,继续开展W-VO_(2)(M)合成及其在智能窗中的应用研究具有重要意义。从W单元素掺杂、含W共掺杂和核-壳结构含W掺杂3个方面系统梳理了W-VO_(2)(M)粉体的研究情况,分析了W、Ti共掺杂M相VO_(2)(W/Ti-VO_(2)(M))粉体研究的可行性。最后,提出W/Ti-VO_(2)(M)与SiO2复合形成核-壳结构(W/Ti-VO_(2)(M)@SiO2)粉体的研究思路。W doped M phase VO_(2)(W-VO_(2)(M))can undergo semiconductor-metal thermal phase transition at room temperature,which has great application potential in the field of smart window.It is of great significance to continue the study of W-VO_(2)(M)synthesis and its application in smart window under the background of double carbon.It was systematically reviewed from the three aspects research of VO_(2)(M)powder which was W doping,W co-doping and core-shell structure W doping.The feasibility of W and Ti co-doped phase VO_(2)(W/Ti-VO_(2)(M))powder was analyzed.The research idea of W/Ti-VO_(2)(M)and SiO2 composite to form core-shell structure(W/Ti-VO_(2)(M)@SiO2)powder was proposed.
