摘 要:面向航天领域的卫星天线,为提高天线复合材料的性能,采用模具金属镀层的方法实现复合材料表面金属化。在实际工艺试验中影响金属涂层的因素众多,按照子系统组成划分方法,对模具金属镀层转移法工艺中的影响因素简要归纳,并进一步分析金属丝送丝速度、喷枪运动参数、空间环境等多种因素对金属涂层的影响;研究了移动机器人子系统中的参数,得出涂层厚度随喷枪运动中速度、距离、间距变化关系,为实际工艺提取主要参数设计试验提供参考。Aiming at aerospace satellite antennas,in order to improve the performance of antenna composites,the mold metal coating method was used to achieve composite surface metallization.There are many factors that affect metal coating in actual process testing,then according to the division method of the subsystem,the influencing factors of metallizing mold surface transfer process was briefly summarized,and the factors such as metal wire feeding speed,spray lance motion parameters,and space environment were analyzed.What is more,the factors to the metal coating in mobile robot subsystem was studied in detail,and the relationship curve of the coating thickness with the speed,distance,spacing,and number of repetitions in the motion of the spray gun was obtained,which can provide reference for the design test so as to extract the main parameters of the actual process extraction.
