摘 要:旨在研究牵引电机机座的等性能再制造技术,以降低牵引电机全寿命周期成本。面向球墨铸铁基牵引电机机座采用激光熔覆技术制备熔覆层,以熔覆层质量、力学性能为衡量标准进行熔覆粉末选型、熔覆工艺参数优化,研究了熔覆粉末、激光功率、扫描速度、送粉速率对熔覆层性能的影响,制备出表面形貌无缺陷、性能优于本体的熔覆层。结果表明:镍基2号粉末采用1.2 kW激光功率、6 mm/s扫描速度、18 g/min送粉速率或1.5 kW激光功率、8 mm/s扫描速度、16 g/min送粉速率进行熔覆时,熔覆层表面无缺陷,修复部位的强度、韧性指标均优于球墨铸铁基体,有效避免了牵引电机机座装配加工面磨损后整体报废的经济损失。The purpose of the research was to study the equal performance remanufacturing technology of the traction motor frame to reduce the whole life cycle cost of the traction motor.Laser cladding technology was used to prepare the cladding layer for the traction motor base of ductile iron.The cladding powder selection and cladding process parameters were optimized according to the quality and mechanical properties of the cladding layer.The effects of cladding powder,laser power,scanning speed and powder feeding rate on the properties of cladding layer were studied,and the cladding layer with defectless surface morphology and superior performance was prepared.The results show that when the nickel-based No.2 powder is cladded with the laser power of 1.2 kW,scanning speed of 6 mm/s and powder feeding rate of 18 g/min or with a laser power of 1.5 kW,a scanning speed of 8 mm/s,and a powder feeding rate of 16 g/min,the strength and toughness of the cladding layer are better than those of the ductile iron matrix,which can effectively avoid the economic loss of overall scrapping after the assembly and processing surface of the traction motor base is worn.
