从三焦次第疗法看扶阳学派的发展现状

摘　　要：扶阳学派创立至今,形成了独特的“阳主阴从”自然观、“生命以火立极”生命观、“阳虚发病”疾病观与“扶阳抑阴”治疗观。并以此为指导,总结归纳出了“三焦次第”疗法,即先以桂枝法宣通中、上二焦,使阳气运行畅通;再以四逆法温通中、下二焦,温扶阳气。当代扶阳研究者利用现代研究方法,通过动物实验、临床疗效观察等方法,以实验室检查、统计学方法等找到了“三焦次第”疗法治疗部分疾病的干预通路,并证明其在临床治疗上的确行之有效。本文整理、归纳扶阳学派理论体系,通过综述“三焦次第”疗法的临床应用成果阐述扶阳学派的发展现况,旨在为三焦次第疗法临床应用研究提供参考。Since its establishment,the Fuyang School has formed a series of unique views,such as the nature view of“Yang dominates Yin”,“Life is based on fire”,view of disease“Yang deficiency is onset”and“Yang Suppresses Yin”treatment view.And with these as guides,the“Three Pyrogens”therapy was summarized,which is using the guizhi method to unobstructed the middle and upper pyrogens,so that the Yang qi may run smoothly;Then use the Sini methods to heat up the middle and lower Pyrogens,to warm and support the Yang qi.Contemporary Fuyang researchers have used modern research methods,animal experiments,clinical efficacy observation and other methods,laboratory examinations,statistical methods,etc,to find the intervention pathway of“Three Pyrogens”therapy in the treatment of some diseases,and proved that it is indeed effective in clinical treatment.This paper is targeting to summarize the theoretical system of the Fuyang School,and to expound the development status of the Fuyang School by reviewing the clinical application results of the“Three Pyrogens”therapy,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical application research of the three-focal secondary.
