雷火灸联合中药热奄包对食管癌放化疗患者增效减毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨雷火灸联合中药热奄包对食管癌放化疗患者增效减毒的效果。方法:选取2021年4月~2023年4月本院接收的86例食管癌患者,采用数字随机表法分作两组,对照组43例予以常规放化疗,观察组43例在常规放化疗基础上实施雷火灸联合中药热奄包治疗。比较两组患者的免疫功能、放化疗效果、不良反应发生情况与肝肾功能指标、摄食相关症状群、生活质量。结果:观察组疗程结束日的CD4+T、CD8+T水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率是93.02%,高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率是11.63%,低于对照组的34.88%(P<0.05),且观察组疗程结束日天门冬氨酸基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、胱抑素C(CysC)、肌酐(CREA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束日安德森消化道症状评估量表(MDASI-GI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束日中文版癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合中药热奄包应用于食管癌放化疗患者有助于改善其免疫功能,达到良好的增效减毒效果,减少不良反应、降低肝肾功能损伤程度,并有助于进一步改善患者摄食相关症状群,提升其生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine Remai Bao on enhancing the efficacy and reducing the toxicity of esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:86cases of patients with esophageal cancer were admitted to our hospital from April 2021to April 2023were selected,they were divided into two groups by numerical random table method,43cases in the control group were received conventional chemoradiotherapy,and 43cases in the observation group were received the treatment of thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ambao on the basis of conventional chemoradiotherapy.The immune function,efficacy of chemoradiotherapy,occurrence of adverse reactions,liver and kidney function indexes,symptoms related to food intake and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of CD4+T and CD8+T in observation group were higher than those in control group at the end of treatment(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 93.02%,which was higher than 4.42% in control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.63%,which was lower than 34.88%in the control group(P<0.05),and at the end of treatment,the levels of aspartate transferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),cystatin C(CysC)and creatinine(CREA)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the score of Anderson symptom assessment scale(MDASI-GI)score of at the end of treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the Chinese version of quality of life scale for cancer patients(EORTCQLQ-C30)score at the end of treatment was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine Remei Bao in patients with esophageal cancer can improve their immune function,achieve a good effect of enhancing efficiency and reducing toxicity,reduce adv
