行为导向法在柴油机结构实验与操纵管理课程中的实践研究

摘　　要：行为导向法已经成为世界上职业培训教育的主要方法之一。探讨柴油机结构实验与操纵管理课程中行为导向法的基本特点,建立较为合理的基于行为导向法的课程教学实施步骤,并以柴油机供油定时调整为例,详细介绍在具体教学实践中如何实施行为导向法,以提高学员的学习积极性以及岗位任职能力,同时对行为导向法在该课程中的应用效果加以分析。Behavior-oriented method has become one of the main methods of vocational training and education in the world.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of behavior oriented method in the course of Diesel Engine Structure Experiment and Operation Management,establishes a more reasonable course teaching implementation steps based on behavior oriented method,and takes the timing adjustment of diesel engine fuel supply as an example.This paper introduces in detail how to implement the behavior-oriented method in the specific teaching practice to improve the students’learning enthusiasm and post holding ability,and analyzes the application effect of the behavior oriented method in the course.
