摘　　要：设计了一种新型的内热式高压焙烧炉。该高压焙烧炉的特点是耐压高、析焦量大、产量大,主要用于特种石墨生产的二次焙烧工序。通过有针对性的设计,解决了传统外热式高压焙烧设备产量小、内热式高压炉加热及密封难的问题,提升了炉内控温精度和温度均匀性。A new type of internally heated high pressure roaster is designed,which is characterized by high pressure resistance,large coke extraction and large output.It is mainly used in the secondary roasting process of special graphite production.Through the targeted design,the problem of small output of traditional externally heated high pressure roasting equipment is solved,the problem of heating and sealing of internally heated high pressure roaster is solved,and the temperature control accuracy and temperature uniformity in the roaster are improved.
