摘　　要：随着互联网技术日新月异的发展,新型涉网犯罪类型和手段日趋多样化,并呈现出科技化、智能化、职业化、高隐蔽性等特征,也致使相关审讯工作陷入困境,亟需向数据化讯问转变,借助大数据技术搭建数据化讯问模式规范体系,帮助审讯人员划定侦查范围,解析犯罪动机,刻画犯罪人属性,并据此制定有效讯问策略,同时通过丰富基础数据库资源,构建统一的数据管理体制,提升数据处理技术水平和强化相关专业培训等举措不断完善数据化讯问模式的构建。With the rapid development of Internet technology,the types and means of new network-related crimes are becoming increasingly diversified,showing the characteristics of science and technology,intelligence,professionalization and high concealment,which also causes the relevant interrogation work to fall into a dilemma.There is an urgent need to change to data-driven interrogation to build a standard system to help interrogators define the scope of investigation,analyze criminal motives and depict the attributes of criminals.Based on this,we can formulate effective interrogation strategies,and constantly improve the construction of data-driven interrogation mode by enriching basic database resources,building a unified data management system,improving the technical level of data processing and strengthening related professional training.
