摘  要:基于全固态聚合物膜离子选择性电极和丝网印刷技术,构建了以NiCo_(2)S_(4)材料为离子-电子转导层的芯片式全固态聚合物膜离子选择性电极阵列,并基于此研制了一种便携式海水碳循环要素同时分析系统,实现了对海水中钙离子(Ca^(2+))、碳酸根离子(CO_(3)^(2-))和pH值的同时测定。此分析系统检测海水基体中Ca^(2+)和CO_(3)^(2-)的线性响应浓度范围分别为1.0×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-1) mol/L和3.2×10^(-5)~1.9×10^(-3) mol/L,检测pH值的线性范围为pH 5~9。本方法连续测定的相对标准偏差小于2.5%,单个样品全程分析时间少于15 min,测定结果和比测设备结果的相对偏差小于2.0%。此电化学传感器系统已成功应用于实际海水样品分析。A portable electrochemical sensing system for simultaneous detection of species relevant to carbon cycle(i.e.,Ca^(2+),CO_(3)^(2-)and pH)in seawater was developed,in which a highly sensitive polymeric membrane ionselective electrode array with NiCo_(2)S_(4)-based transduction layer was used as the core element.Such an electrochemical sensor array wasdeveloped via the combination of all-solid-state ion selectiveelectrode technology and electrode integration technology based on screen printing.The proposed sensing system offered the linear response concentration ranges of 1.0×10^(-5)–1.0×10^(-1) mol/L and 3.2×10^(-5)–1.9×10^(-3) mol/L for Ca^(2+),CO_(3)^(2-)and 5-9 for pH in 0.5 mol/L NaCl background,respectively,as well as a relative deviation of less than 2.0%for evaluation of detection accuracy(mean deviation compared to the readings of reference techniques).For successive measurements,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of less than 2.5%were obtained.The proposed electrochemical sensing system was successfully used for seawater analysis,and the whole analysis process could be completed within 15 min.
