摘 要:简要介绍了储罐常用泄漏检测技术的技术特点,和真空罩盒气泡检漏法的原理特点,分析了检测灵敏度的主要影响因素及检测方法优势。对某常压储罐泄漏事故现场进行勘察,结合储罐的基本情况和泄漏失效形式,制定了宏观检查、焊缝磁粉检测、真空罩盒气泡检漏法检测相结合的无损检测方案,确定储罐底板上表面机械损伤部位发生泄漏。储罐泄漏检测方案的制定方法及真空罩盒气泡检漏法的参数选取方法可以为储罐现场的泄漏检测提供理论指导,对降低企业运行维护成本和保护环境具有重要意义。The technical characteristics of commonly used leak detection techniques for storage tanks and the principle and characteristics of vacuum hood bubble leak detection method were briefly introduced.The main influencing factors of detection sensitivity and the advantages of detection methods were analyzed.A survey was conducted on the site of a leakage accident in a certain atmospheric storage tank.Based on the basic situation of the storage tank and the form of leakage failure,a non-destructive testing plan combining macroscopic inspection,magnetic particle testing of welds,and vacuum hood bubble leak detection method was developed to confirm the occurrence of leakage in the mechanically damaged surface of the storage tank bottom plate.The method for formulating a leakage detection plan for storage tanks and the parameter selection method for vacuum hood bubble leak detection could provide theoretical guidance for on-site leakage detection of storage tanks,which was of great significance for reducing enterprise operation and maintenance costs and protecting the environment.
