摘  要:气体加载式蓄能器是液压传动过程中重要的储能、节能设备,已广泛应用于现代大型液压系统。回顾了气体加载式蓄能器研究的起缘及发展历程,分析了近几年来该领域的研究现状和代表性标准的进展,总结了蓄能器在役过程中典型的损伤和失效模式,重点对欧盟蓄能器标准EN 14359-2017与我国现行蓄能器标准GB/T 20663—2017中的主要条款进行比较分析。Gas loaded accumulators are important energy storage and energy-saving equipment in hydraulic transmission processes,and have been widely used in modern large-scale hydraulic systems.The origin and development history of research on gas loaded energy storage devices were reviewed,and the current research status and representative standards in this field in recent years were analyzed.The typical damage and failure modes of energy storage devices in service were summarized.A comparative analysis was conducted on the main clauses of the EU accumulator standard EN 14359-2017 and the current Chinese accumulator standard GB/T 20663-2017.
