摘 要:生产分离器是天然气生产平台最关键的设备,其分离效果直接影响气田产量以及下游设备的稳定性。因井口数量增加,南海东部某平台生产分离器分液能力不足、气液分离效果不佳,使得下游设备稳定性变差。根据降低生产分离器操作压力后预测的配产数据,对生产分离器内件进行改造。结果表明,经过内件改造后的生产分离器处理能力大幅提升,且降低了设备本身的操作温度,大大提高了设备的操作性能,达到了降本增效的目的。The production separator was the most critical equipment in natural gas production platforms,and its separation effect directly affected the gas field output and the stability of downstream equipment.Due to the increase in the number of wellheads,the production separator on a platform in the eastern South China Sea had insufficient liquid separation capacity and poor gas-liquid separation effect,resulting in a decrease in downstream equipment stability.Based on the predicted production data after reducing the operating pressure of the production separator,modifications were made to the internal components of the production separator.The results showed that the processing capacity of the production separator after internal component modification had been significantly improved,and the operating temperature of the equipment itself had been reduced,greatly improving the operational performance of the equipment and achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
