摘　　要：网络环境下通过信息网络技术发布或下载使用各类作品信息,成为这个时代不可或缺的现实需求。著作权保护在网络环境下受到了前所未有的严峻挑战。因此,网络环境下的著作权保护,亟须通过克服网络用户虚拟性、规范网络用户操作行为,特别是网络服务商的注意义务等方式来不断加强。Under the network environment,publishing or downloading all kinds of work information through information network technology has become an indispensable realistic demand in this era.The protection of copyright in the network environment has been faced with unprecedented severe challenges.Therefore,copyright protection in the network environment needs to be strengthened by overcoming the virtuality of network users,standardizing the operation behavior of network users,especially the duty of care of network service providers.
