摘 要:随着高速公路的快速发展,重难点工程及高风险性工程日益增多,安全监督管理任务持续加重,监管难度持续加大。依靠常规的安全监督管理措施已不能满足要求,达不到日常监督、动态监管的目的。基于此,青海省交通工程技术服务中心通过党建联合、摆出问题、查出症结、提出解决方案等,在某在建高速公路项目质量安全监督管理中就高风险性工程研究开发了一套通过“物+互联网”的新型监督管理模式—“线上监督”,应落在“安全”上得到安全高效管理,从而为打造“平安工程”“平安百年品质工程”做基础。With the rapid development of expressways,the number of key and difficult projects and high-risk projects is increasing,the task of safety supervision and management continues to increase,and the difficulty of supervision continues to increase.Only relying on conventional safety supervision and management measures can not meet the requirements,and can not achieve the purpose of daily supervision and dynamic supervision;based on this,the Qinghai Provincial Transportation Engineering Technology Service Center has developed a set of high-risk engineering research and development in the quality and safety supervision and management of a highway project under construction through the"thing+Internet",The new supervision and management model-"online supervision"ensures that the quality of the project is safely and efficiently managed,thus laying the foundation for creating a"safe project"and a"safe hundred-year quality project".
