环保型抗凝冰剂研发及其在微表处中的应用研究

摘  要:现有抗凝冰剂存在成本高、缓释能力差、不具有环保性等问题,并未得到大量推广应用。笔者通过电导率、载体BET比表面积的测定,以及采用融冰试验、渗水试验和种子发芽试验等方法,选取复配醋酸盐、多孔结构载体、偶联剂溶液和疏水剂制备环保型抗凝冰剂,研究其抗结冰性能、耐久性能、渗水性能、环保性能等。本文将优化后的抗凝冰剂,添加到微表处混合料中,制备成不同配合比的抗凝冰微表处,通过湿轮磨耗试验、路面摩擦系数试验方法和手工铺沙等方法,结合试验路段,研究其路用性能。结果表明:本文研发的环保型抗凝冰剂具有较好的抗结冰性能和抗渗水性能;为保证抗凝冰微表处良好的路用性能,宜将抗凝冰剂含量控制在6%左右。The existing anti-freezing agents have some problems,such as high cost,poor slow-release ability and no environmental protection,and have not been widely used.In this paper,the electrical conductivity,BET specific surface area of the carrier were measured,and the methods of melting ice test,water seepage test and seed germination test were used,the environment-friendly anti-freezing agent was prepared by using acetate,porous carrier,coupling agent solution and hydrophobic agent.In this paper,the optimized anti-freezing agent was added into the mixture of micro-surfacing to prepare the anti-freezing ice micro-surfacing with different proportions,combined with the test section,study its performance.The results show that the anti-freezing agent developed in this paper has better anti-icing performance and anti-water permeability;in order to ensure good road performance of anti-freezing ice micro-surface,the content of anti-freezing agent should be controlled at about 6%.
