摘 要:研究选取水泥稳定再生骨料为研究对象,以抗压性能和干缩温缩性能作为衡量指标,在不同振动拌合参数下研究骨料的抗压强度并确定最佳振动时间及振动频率,随后选取最佳振动时间及频率,探究不同水泥掺量对水泥稳定再生骨料抗压强度、干缩温缩性能的影响。研究表明,振动搅拌能够提高水泥稳定再生骨料法抗压性能,改善水泥稳定再生骨料的干缩和温缩性能。且最佳振动时间为30s,最佳振动频率为40Hz;添加水泥剂量为5%时水泥稳定再生骨料具有较好的抗压性能。This study selected cement stable regeneration aggregate as the research object,with compressive performance and dry shrinkage temperature shrinkage performance as measuring indicators,under different vibration mixing parameters of aggregate vibration strength and determine the optimal vibration time and vibration frequency,then select the optimal vibration time and frequency,to explore the influence of different cement dosage on cement stable regeneration aggregate compressive strength and dry shrinkage temperature shrinkage performance.The study shows that vibration stirring can improve the compression performance of cement stable regeneration aggregate and improve the dry and temperature shrinkage performance of cement stable regeneration aggregate.And the optimal vibration time is 30s,the optimal vibration frequency is 40Hz;the cement has good compressive resistance.
