摘 要:水稻是重要的粮食作物之一,不利环境条件及病虫害等严重影响水稻产量和品质。MYB家族转录因子是植物中最大转录因子家族之一,参与植物多种生长发育途径调控,对植物响应生物和非生物胁迫发挥重要作用。文章总结近年来MYB家族转录因子在水稻生物和非生物胁迫响应中的功能及调控机制,为水稻抗逆育种提供参考。Rice(Oryza sativa)is one of the most important food crops in the world.The rice yield and quality were significantly impacted by unfavorable environmental conditions as well as diseases and insect pests.MYB transcription factor is one of the largest transcription factor families and regulates many developmental and metabolic processes,hormone signaling as well as defense responses to various biotic and abiotic stresses in plants.The present study provided a comprehensive review of the roles and regulatory mechanisms of MYB family transcription factors on biotic and abiotic stress responses of rice.The review might provide insights for the breeding of rice varieties with enhanced stress resistance.
