摘  要:目的监测某三甲医院在施工期间及施工结束后室内外环境空气中真菌浓度,为预防与施工相关的院内侵袭性真菌病感染提供风险评估依据。方法2022年9月至2023年3月期间,在医院施工地附近选择室内外8个真菌浓度监测点位,分别使用平板沉降法和空气撞击法监测空气中真菌浓度,通过比较不同区域空气中真菌浓度,评估施工期间医院不同区域院内真菌感染的风险。结果施工期间,采样点位与施工现场的距离增大,空气中真菌浓度随之降低;室内空气中真菌浓度低于室外;儿科普通病房空气中真菌菌落数高于新生儿病房,而新生儿病房高于手术室。施工结束后1个月,监测到室内外空气中真菌浓度明显降低。结论医院建筑工地施工会导致室内外空气中真菌含量显著提高;高风险部门落实有效的感染预防措施能显著减少环境真菌浓度。Objective To monitor the airborne fungi contamination of indoor and outdoor during and after the construction works of a Grade-A hospital,and to provide risk assessment basis for the prevention of invasive fungal infection related to the construction of the hospital.Methods From September 2022 to March 2023,eight indoor and outdoor sampling points were selected near the construction to monitor hospital airborne fungi contamination.The plate sedimentation method and planktonic bacteria sampler method were used to monitor the indoor and outdoor of airborne fungal concentration,respectively.Results During the construction period,the distance between the sampling point and the construction site increased,and the airborne fungi concentration decreased accordingly.The airborne fungi concentration of indoor was lower than that of outdoor.The colony-forming unit(CFU)of airborne fungi in the general pediatric ward was higher than that of the neonatal ward,while that of the neonatal ward was higher than that of the operating room.One month after the construction,the airborne fungi contamination of the indoor and outdoor was significantly reduced.Conclusion The concentrations of fungi in indoor and outdoor air increased significantly during the construction of hospital construction site.Implementation of effective infection prevention measures can significantly reduce the airborne fungi contamination in high-risk departments.
