锰硅合金冶炼还原剂的选择及探讨

摘  要:锰硅合金冶炼主要的还原剂为焦炭,对焦炭的质量要求只有方向性的建议,缺乏具体的质量标准。本文结合多年来锰硅合金用焦的变化和焦炭行业的发展情况进行分析,对比各种焦炭的化学成分和抗碎强度、耐磨强度、反应性、反应后强度、比电阻等指标数据,发现简单的以这些指标数据来选择还原剂都不能准确的判定锰硅合金用焦的优劣。经过对比分析,认为高温比电阻才是评价锰硅合金生产用焦的关键,锰硅合金生产用焦应该针对这个指标进行研究,提供评价依据。The main reducing agent for ferromanganese-silicon smelting is coke,and there are only directional suggestions for the quality requirements of this part of coke,lacking specific quality standards.This article analyzes the changes in the use of coke in ferromanganese-silicons and the development of the coke industry over the years.By comparing the chemical composition,crushing strength,wear resistance,reactivity,post reaction strength,and specific resistance of various types of coke,it is found that simply selecting reducing agents based on these indicator data cannot accurately determine the quality of coke used in ferromanganese-silicons.After comparative analysis,it is believed that the high-temperature specific resistance is the key to evaluating the coke used in the production of ferromanganese-silicon.The coke used in the production of ferromanganese-silicon should be studied based on this indicator and provide an evaluation basis.
