摘  要:对比研究了爆炸焊接制备的316L/Q345R复合板进行不同热处理后的性能和组织状况。结果表明:热处理温度和冷却方式对复合板的组织与性能有不同程度的影响,爆炸态复合板强度最高、塑性和冲击性能差,910℃退火淬火后,复合板的冲击韧性和塑性最差;620~910℃退火后空冷和风冷对复合板性能的影响较小,但高温退火后结合界面附近的脱碳和碳扩散更明显,最终确定的复合板优化退火制度为800℃退火后空冷。The properties and microstructure of 316L/Q345R clad plate prepared by explosive welding after different heat treatments were comparatively studied.The results show that the heat treatment temperatures and cooling mode have different effects on the microstructure and properties of the clad plate.The explosive clad plates have the highest strength,poor plasticity and impact properties,while the clad plates have the worst impact toughness and plasticity after 910℃ annealing and quenching;the influences of air cooling and forced air cooling on clad plate properties are unobvious after 620~910℃ annealing,but the decarbonization and carbon diffusion are obvious near the combining interface after high temperature annealing,and the 800℃ annealing and air cooling process is finalized as the optimizing method.
