摘　　要：从1950年从苏联介绍引进及试点到1964年废止的“劳卫制”是新中国成立之初国内体育教育制度的基础制度,而作为新中国成立后第一个公开出版的体育刊物——《新体育》则见证了“劳卫制”推行的历程与起伏的命运。本文结合《新体育》的报道与时代背景,梳理“劳卫制”在50年代的试行与全面推行的历程,探讨夹杂在“劳卫制”实践过程中的科学性反思与政治性批判,挖掘在争论中所体现的体育与政治的关系以及国家政策与基层实践的互动,探讨其为构建符合中国实际的国家体育制度而形成的实践性经验。"The Labor and Defense Sports System",introduced from the Soviet Union in 1950,tested and implemented until its abolition in 1964,was the fundamental system of domestic physical education in the early days of People's Republic of China.Meanwhile,New Sports,the first publicly published sports magazine after 1949,witnessed the implementation process and fluctuating fate of the"Labor and Defense Sports System".By combining the reports from New Sports with the background of the time,this article sorts out the trial and full implementation of the"Labor and Defense Sports System"in the 1950s,explores the scientific reflections and political criticisms intertwined in the practice of the system,delves into the relationship between sports and politics reflected in the debates,as well as the interaction between national policies and grassroots practices,and discusses the practical experience formed in building a national sports system that is in line with China's reality.
