摘 要:目的 探索环咽肌的超声声像图特征以及超声识别方法。方法 选取2020年12月至2023年5月行颈部区域超声检查的236例患者为研究对象,212例受检者在纵、横切面上均获得了满意的声像图,对该组人群进行环咽肌超声检查,评估了环咽肌的超声声像图特征、走行、毗邻结构,并进行记录分析。结果 环咽肌是食管上括约肌的一部分,超声可以观察到其正常表现。在二维超声的横切面上,环咽肌起于环状软骨侧面,呈现出一个“C”形的结构。在纵切面上,环咽肌呈条带状低回声,其下部与食管上段的固有肌层相延续。结论 超声作为一种有效的影像学工具,能够直观、准确识别环咽肌。Objective To explore the high-frequency ultrasound features of the cricopharyngeal muscle and iden-tification methods using ultrasound.Methods Between December 2020 and May 2023,236 patients who underwent neck region ultrasound examination were enrolled as the research subjects.The 212 subjects obtained satisfactory sonograms in both longitudinal and cross-sectional directions,cricopharyngeal muscle ultrasonography.The sono-graphic features of cricopharyngeal muscle,walking,and adjacent structures were evaluated and recorded.Results The cricopharyngeal muscle is part of the upper esophageal sphincter,and its normal appearance could be ob-served through ultrasound examination.On the transverse section of two-dimensional ultrasound,the cricopharyngeal muscle arose from the lateral aspect of the cricoid cartilage and presents a"C"-shaped structure.In the longitudinal section,the cricopharyngeal muscle presented as a banded hypoechoic pattern,which extended below the intrinsic muscle layer of the upper esophagus.Conclusions Ultrasound can be used as an effective imaging tool to accurately visualized the cricopharyngeal muscle.
