摘  要:目的 探索评价女童子宫发育的超声指标。方法 选取40例性发育启动女童为观察组,30例未发育女童为对照组,收集观察组性激素检查和促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)激发试验结果,同时盆腔超声测量其宫体上下径、前后径,宫底宫体角和卵巢容积。分析两组超声指标评估女童子宫发育效能。结果 宫体上下径、前后径,宫底宫体角和卵巢容积与促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)均有相关性(P<0.05),与前后径相比,上下径相关性略低;观察组宫体上下径、前后径,宫底宫体角与对照组均有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫体前后径[曲线下面积(AUC):0.872]、∠1(AUC:0.727)、∠2(AUC:0.750)和∠3(AUC:0.757)均有一定诊断效能。结论 除经盆腔超声测量的宫体上下径外,宫体前后径和宫底宫体角与FSH、LH也有相关性,可为女童子宫发育情况评估提供更多信息。Objective To explore the ultrasound indicators for evaluating uterine development in girls.Methods 40 girls with sexual development initiation were selected as the observation group and 30 undeveloped girls were selected as the control group.Sex hormone examinations and gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)provocation tests were collected in the observation group,and the axial and anteroposterior diameters of the uterus,uterine fundus and body angle,ovarian vol-ume were assessed by ultrasound.Analyzed two sets of ultrasound indicators to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of uterine de-velopment in girls.Results The axial and anteroposterior diameters of the uterus,uterine fundus and body angle,and ovari-an volume were associated with follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)(P<0.05).The correla-tion of the axial diameter and hormones was slightly lower than the anteroposterior diameter.All the ultrasound indicators were statistically different from the control group(P<0.05).The anteroposterior diameter of the uterine body Larea under the curve(AUC:0.872),Z1(AUC:0.727),Z2(AUC:0.750)and Z3(AUC:0.757)all had certain diagnostic effica-cy.Conclusions In addition to the axial diameter of the uterine body measured by pelvic ultrasound,the anteroposterior di-ameter of the uterine body and the angle are also correlated with FSH and LH,which can provide more information for the as-sessment of uterine development in girls.
