摘 要:长输管道积液量的计算较为复杂,为此采用OLGA软件研究各因素对积液量的影响程度,同时结合灰色关联法对各因素与积液量的关联度进行分析,简化积液量计算因素。结果表明:与积液量的关联度大小依次为起始压差、进站压力、输气量和环境温度,积液量随着输气量、环境温度的增加而减少,随着进站压力、起始压差的增加而增加。提出采用不同输气量对应的单位压差积液量计算管道积液,通过大牛地气田历史清管数据拟合积液计算公式并在现场清管作业中应用,表现出较好的便捷性和准确率。The calculation of the amount of liquid loading in the long-distance pipeline is complicated.Therefore,the OLGA software simulation was used to study the influence degree of each factor on the liquid loading,and the correlation degree between each factor and the liquid loading was analyzed by the gray correlation analysis,so as to simplify the calculation factors of the liquid loading.The results show that the correlation with the liquid loading was the initial pressure difference,the incoming pressure,the gas delivery volume,and the ambient temperature.The liquid loading decreased with the increase of the gas delivery volume and ambient temperature,and increased with the increase of the incoming pressure and the initial pressure difference.It is proposed to use the amount of liquid loading per unit pressure difference corresponding to different gas transmission volumes to calculate the pipeline liquid loading.The formula for calculating the liquid loading was fitted through the historical pigging data of the Daniudi gas field and applied in the on-site pigging operation,which shows good convenience and accuracy.
