摘 要:针对芳烃抽提过程中有机溶剂不能兼顾高溶解度和高选择性的壁垒,利用COSMO-RS模型对多种萃取剂进行筛选,并通过液液平衡实验测定苯+正己烷+混合萃取剂的液液平衡数据,发现N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)与环丁砜(SUL)质量比为1:4是性能最优的萃取剂。利用Othmer-Tobias及Hand方程对实验数据的可靠性进行验证,同时通过NRTL及UNIQUAC模型对实验数据进行回归,计算值与实验值吻合良好,表明两模型均可用于芳烃抽提的计算,为工业上芳烃抽提模拟计算提供了数据支持。Organic solvents cannot have both high solubility and high selectivity during aromatics extraction.A variety of extractants were screened by COSM-RS model,and the liquid-liquid balance data of benzene+n-hexane+mixed extractants were determined by liquid-liquid equilibrium experiments.The results show that the mass ratio of N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)to sulfolane(SUL)=1:4 is the best extractant.Othmer-Tobias and Hand equations were used to verify the reliability of the experimental data,and NRTL and UNIQUAC models were used for experimental data regression.The calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental data.The results indicate that both models can be used for the calculation of aromatics extraction and provide data support for industrial aromatics extraction simulation.
