摘 要:钢包接氩质量好坏直接决定了钢水吹氩搅拌效果及成分均匀性。为了解决钢包吹氩连接过程中故障率高、连通成功率低、维护量大的难题,提出了一种水平横移式钢包自动接氩新方式,并基于有限元仿真技术,探索了高温环境下钢包开孔应力应变变化规律,设计了高度柔性补偿系统,完成了成套装备研制。目前该系统已成功在现场应用,钢包自动接氩成功率达到99%以上,平均每炉接氩时间缩短了2分钟,成效显著。The quality of argon connection in the ladle directly determines the stirring effect and composition uniformity of argon blowing in the molten steel.In order to solve the problems of high failure rate,low success rate of connection,and large maintenance amount in the process of argon blowing connection in steel ladles,this paper innovatively proposes a new horizontal transverse automatic argon connection method for steel ladles.Based on finite element simulation technology,the stress-strain variation law of steel ladle openings under high temperature environment is explored,a highly flexible compensation system is designed,and a complete set of equipment development is completed.At present,the system has been successfully applied in the field,and the success rate of automatic argon connection of ladle has reached more than 99%,and the average time of argon connection of each furnace has been shortened by 2 minutes,and the results are significant.
