摘　　要：针对某钢铁企业热轧厂提升板坯加热炉上料辊道高效运送能力的需求,提出一种基于MES系统的优化方法,解决了辊道与天车的配合衔接问题,实现以辊代库,提升了辊道运载能力,提高了热装效率。Aiming at improving hot loading efficiency of charging roller table of slab heating furnace in a steel enterprise,an optimization method based on the MES system has been proposed to address the matching issue between the roller table and the crane.It replaces the warehouse with roller and improves the roller table carrying capacity as well as hot loading efficiency.
