摘　　要：从价值链角度,结合产业结构协同化、集群化发展的特点,对物联网产业集群升级机制开展了系统研究,主要分析了利益分配、协同运行、驱动力、集群创新、升级演进这五个机制,认为在物联网产业发展的不同阶段,产业链各节点企业具有不同的市场规模和发展速度,因此在价值增值中的作用也存在较大的差异,这将直接影响物联网产业集群升级机制的作用。在此背景下提出了相关政策建议。From the perspective of the value chain,combined with the characteristics of industrial structure synergy and cluster development,a systematic study was conducted on the upgrading mechanism of IoT industrial clusters.This paper mainly analyzes five mechanisms:benefit allocation,collaborative operation,driving force,cluster innovation,and upgrading evolution.It is believed that at different stages of industrial development,enterprises at each node of the Internet of Things industry chain have different market sizes and development speeds,so their roles in value appreciation also vary greatly,which will directly affect the role of the upgrading mechanism of the Internet of Things industry cluster.In this context,relevant policy recommendations were proposed.
