摘 要:飞机气动伺服弹性地面试验可测试飞控系统与结构模态耦合特性,验证结构弹性模态频率范围内飞控系统稳定性,从而为气动伺服弹性模型修正和分析提供依据,进一步降低试飞风险。本文介绍了飞机气动伺服弹性地面试验的原理及方法,结合工程经验和教训对可能影响试验结果准确性的因素进行分析,提出相应解决措施,并对结构滤波器优化改进和试验数据处理分析等方法进行了研究。Aircraft aero-servo elasticity ground test can be used to test the coupling characteristics between flight control system and structural modality,verify the stability of flight control system within the range of the frequency of structural elasticity modality,thus to provide basis for correction and analysis of aero-servo elasticity model so as to further reduce the risk for flight test.This paper introduces the principle and method for aircraft aero-servo elasticity ground test.It also analyses the factors probably affecting accuracy of test result with reference to engineering experience and lessons and puts forward the corresponding solutions.It also expounds the trial research on the methods such as optimization and improvement of structural wave filter and test data processing and analysis.
