摘　　要：冰雪体育作为冬季运动的重要组成部分,在提升国民健康水平、推广冰雪文化、培养后备人才等方面,具有不可替代的作用。该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,先分析了冰雪体育运动赛事的组织与管理的重要性,以及当前冰雪体育赛事组织与管理面临的挑战与问题,并在此基础上提出了有针对性的发展对策,旨在有效提升冰雪体育运动赛事的组织与管理水平。As an important part of winter sports,ice and snow sports playsan irreplaceable role in improving the national health,promoting ice and snow culture,and cultivating reserve talents.This paperadopts the literature method and other research methods,first analyzes the importance of the organization and management of the ice and snow sports events and the current challenges and problems faced by the organization and management of the ice and snow sports events,and on this basisputs forward targeted development countermeasures,aiming to effectively improve the organization and management of ice and snow sports events.
