摘　　要：在健康中国的背景下,大学生的体育行为安全意识培养成为健康教育的重要组成部分。该文通过对大学生体育行为安全意识的认知进行探究,分析了其现状、存在的问题,并讨论了培养策略。经研究发现,尽管大学生对体育锻炼的重要性有所认识,但在体育行为安全意识方面仍存在不足。因此需要加强大学生的体育行为安全意识培养,提高他们对运动中潜在风险的认知,并推动学校、社会和家庭共同参与,以确保大学生进行科学、安全的体育锻炼。In the context of Healthy China,the cultivation of sports behavior safety awareness among college students has become an important part of health education.This paper explores the awareness of sports behavior safety among college students,analyzes its current situation,existing problems,and discusses the cultivation strategies.It has been found that although college students are aware of the importance of physical exercise,there are still shortcomings in their awareness of sports behavior safety.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of sports behavior safety awareness among college studentstoimprove their awareness of potential risks in sports,and to promote the joint participation of schools,society,and families to ensure that college students engage in scientific and safe physical exercise.
