摘  要:学生的身体素质是他们综合发展的重要组成部分。由于现代生活方式的变化,学生普遍存在身体素质下降的趋势。因此探索一条有效的途径提高学生的身体素质至关重要。篮球是一项综合性运动,该文探讨篮球专项教学在提高学生身体素质中的作用,分析身体素质训练中的速度训练、灵敏性训练、力量和耐力训练、柔韧性训练。实验结果表明,篮球专项教学对学生的身体素质有显著影响,能提高学生下肢的爆发力和耐力、腰腹肌肉耐力、身体柔韧性。篮球综合训练全面提高了学生的身体素质水平,无论是在比赛中还是日常生活中,这些训练对他们的身体健康和运动表现都起到了重要的促进作用。The physical fitness of students is an important component of their comprehensive development.Due to changes in modern lifestyles,students generally have a trend of declining physical fitness.Therefore,exploring an effective way to improve students'physical fitness is crucial.Basketball is a comprehensive sport,and this article explores the role of basketball specific teaching in improving students'physical fitness.It analyzes the speed training,sensitivity training,strength and endurance training,and flexibility training in physical fitness training.The experimental results show that basketball specialized teaching has a significant impact on students physical fitness,which can improve their lower limb explosive power and endurance,waist and abdominal muscle endurance,and body flexibility.Basketball comprehensive training has comprehensively improved the physical fitness level of students,whether in games or daily life,these trainings have played an important role in promoting their physical health and sports performance.
