摘 要:通过开发一种可准确测量凝胶聚合物电解质离子电导率的新型盛器式装置,一方面可以固定电解质尺寸,提高离子电导率测试的一致性和重现性;另一方面可以原位监测凝胶聚合物电解质的固化过程,确定电解质的最短固化时间。实验结果表明,该装置测量同批次凝胶聚合物电解质的离子电导率的相对标准偏差在7%以内,不同时间段测得的相对标准偏差在2%以内,同时获得凝胶聚合物电解质在50℃下的最短固化时间为15 h。此外,利用该装置筛选出的高离子电导率的凝胶聚合物电解质所组装的电池具有优异的电化学性能。实验结果证明,该装置可以准确获得凝胶聚合物电解质的离子电导率及最短固化时间,筛选出电性能优异的电解质。A novel container-type device was developed to precisely measure the ionic conductivity of gel polymer electrolytes.The consistency and reproducibility of the ionic conductivity testing could be improved by fixing the electrolytes size;besides,the shortest solidification time could be determined by in-situ monitoring the solidification process of gel polymer electrolytes.The experimental results show that the relative standard deviation of ionic conductivity of gel polymer electrolytes from the same batch is less than 7%;the relative standard deviation at different time periods is less than 2%;the shortest solidification time of gel polymer electrolyte at 50℃is 15 h.Furthermore,the batteries assembled with the gel polymer electrolytes with high ionic conductivity selected by the device exhibit excellent electrochemical performance.The results demonstrate that the device can accurately measure the ionic conductivity,determine the shortest solidification time of gel polymer electrolytes,and screen out the electrolytes with excellent electrical performance.
