摘  要:明晰“双减”政策与学校体育实践的关系,并提出学校体育改革的有效策略。研究发现,“双减”政策是推进学校体育改革的重要引擎和内在架构,但学校体育改革仍面临内涵和内在关联尚不明确、体育教学改革推进受阻、校外体育机构职能难以发挥、体育教师能力有待提升、家校社共育实践不足等问题。提出进一步注重青少年个性化发展与培养、积极推进课外体育与校外体育开展、完善学校体育改革发展的相关策略,以期推动学校体育改革,保障学校体育高质量发展。Clarify the relationship between the"double reduction"policy and school sports practice,and propose effective strategies for school sports reform.Research has found that the"double reduction"policy is an important engine and internal framework for promoting school physical education reform.However,school physical education reform stil faces problems such as unclear connotations and internal connections,obstacles in promoting physical education teaching reform,difficulties in exerting the functions of extracurricular physical education institutions,the need to improve the abilities of physical education teachers,and insufficient practice of family school community education.Propose relevant strategies to further focus on the personalized development and cultivation of young people,actively promote extracurricular and extracurricular sports,and improve the reform and development of school sports,in order to promote school sports reform and ensure the high-quality development of school sports.
