摘　　要：为了全面提升高校足球人才培养水平,该文将OBE理念作为支撑,以某地方高校为例,开展应用型足球人才培养模式的研究。从满足社会对足球人才需求、推动高校体育教育事业发展、提升学生综合素质能力三个方面,分析地方高校应用型足球人才培养的意义。阐述OBE理念下,人才培养改革的内涵,提出完善地方高校足球教学设施且提升设备专业性能、增加应用型足球人才培养中实践与社会类教学内容、以OBE为导向的足球人才考核体系重构三个方面的人才培养策略,从而提升地方高校足球教学质量,深化教育教学成果,培养高水平应用型足球专业人才。In order to comprehensively improve the level of football talent cultivation in universities,this article takes the OBE concept as support and takes a local university as an example to conduct research on the cultivation mode of applied football talents.Analyze the significance of cultivating applied football talents in local universities from three aspects:meeting the social demand for football talents,promoting the development of physical education in universities,and enhancing the comprehensive quality and ability of students.Elaborate on the connotation of talent cultivation reform under the OBE concept,propose three talent cultivation strategies:improving local university football teaching facilities and enhancing equipment professional performance,increasing practical and social teaching content in applied football talent cultivation,and reconstructing the OBE oriented football talent assessment system,in order to improve the quality of local university football teaching,deepen educational and teaching achievements,and cultivate high-level applied football professional talents.
