摘 要:在新能源电动汽车的应用过程中,普遍存在直流电含有高次谐波电流的现象,会影响电动汽车直流用电器的实际温升。为更全面评价电动汽车直流用电器的安全性能,文章设计一种温升测试系统。在电流值等效相同的情况下,对电动汽车用直流接触器进行两种工况(恒直流叠加高次谐波电流和恒直流)下温升对比试验,证明高次谐波电流会加剧其温升,且对最高温升部位(正极触点)影响更显著。In the application process of new energy electric vehicles,there is a common phenomenon of high harmonic currents in direct current,which can affect the actual temperature rise of DC electrical appliances in electric vehicles.In order to comprehensively evaluate the safety performance of DC electrical appliances in electric vehicles,this article designs a temperature rise testing system.Under the condition of equivalent current values,temperature rise comparison tests are conducted on DC contactors used in electric vehicles under two working conditions(constant DC superimposed with high harmonic current and constant DC),proving that high harmonic current will exacerbate its temperature rise and have a more significant impact on the highest temperature rise position(positive contact).
