摘　　要：随着乘用车市场竞争越来越激烈,用户对汽车内饰操作体验的要求也越来越高。在汽车发展的过程中,前排顶灯功能的集成度也在不断增强,通常需要集成天窗、遮阳帘、滑移门等操作开关按键。文章重点讨论前排顶灯中开关按键在按键结构设计过程中的相关指标参数,并分析硅橡胶对开关操作手感的影响,期望能为开发人员提供一些参考,从而提高汽车产品的市场竞争力。With the increasingly fierce competition in the passenger car market,users have higher requirements for the operation experience of car interiors.In the process of automobile development,the integration of the front roof light function is also constantly increasing,usually requiring the integration of operation switch buttons such as sunroof,sunshade,sliding door,etc.The article focuses on discussing the relevant indicator parameters of the switch buttons in the button structure design process of the front ceiling lights,and analyzing the influence of silicone rubber on the operating feel of the switches.It is hoped that this can provide some reference for developers to improve the market competitiveness of automotive products.
