摘　　要：汽车线束作为汽车电气系统的重要组成部分,是整车各电器实现功能的神经系统,从概念设计到生产涉及多个环节。在这个过程中,高品质的交付物文件对于确保线束系统的可靠性至关重要。文章首先简要介绍汽车线束三维开发流程,然后着重探讨设计开发过程中各交付物文件的要点,旨在为新能源汽车线束设计的优化和提升提供有益参考和指导。As an important part of the automotive electrical system,the automotive wiring harness is the nervous system of the electrical appliances of the whole vehicle,which involves many links from conceptual design to production.In this process,high-quality deliverable documentation is essential to ensure the reliability of the harness system.This paper first briefly introduces the 3D development process of automotive wiring harness,and then focuses on the key points of each deliverable document in the design and development process,aiming to provide useful reference and guidance for the optimization and improvement of new energy vehicle wiring harness design.
