缸内直喷汽油发动机电控元件检修浅析

摘　　要：缸内直喷汽油机发动机电控元件包含传感器、电磁阀、执行器及ECU。文章主要详细介绍在缸内直喷汽油机售后维修中OCV电磁阀、高压燃油泵和喷油器3种较为常见的故障电控元件。对3种电控元件的工作原理、技术特性进行讲解,针对故障现象,结合原理、特性给出故障的检修建议,对售后快速准确地排除故障提供支持。The electronic control components of the gasoline direct injection engine include sensors,solenoid valves,actuators,and ECU.This article mainly introduces the OCV solenoid valve,high-pressure fuel pump,and the fuel injector in detail,which are three common fault electronic control components in after-sales maintenance of the gasoline direct injection engines.The working principles and technical characteristics of these three types of electronic control components are explained.And the maintenance suggestions are given according to the fault phenomena,combined with the working principles and technical characteristics,to support rapid and accurate troubleshooting after-sales.
