摘 要:【目的】分析2007—2023年上海市松江区钉螺监测结果及变化趋势,为今后开展监测工作提供参考依据。【方法】收集2007—2023年松江区钉螺监测相关数据,包括螺点的发现地点、调查框数、调查面积、有螺面积、有螺框数、捕螺总数、最高密度、钉螺解剖数,并计算活螺密度和活螺框出现率等指标。【结果】2007—2023年松江区累计在4个镇、22个行政村监测发现螺点158个,其中新螺点131个(82.91%),复现螺点27个(17.09%);累计有螺面积175980 m^(2),有螺框数10061个,捕获钉螺33302个,最高密度260只/0.11 m^(2),解剖钉螺15662个,未发现阳性钉螺,平均活螺密度0.60只/0.11 m^(2),平均活螺框出现率17.99%。不同地区有螺面积:叶榭镇126000 m^(2)(71.60%),泖港镇26470 m(215.04%),新浜镇17040 m(29.68%),石湖荡镇6470 m(23.68%)。不同地区平均活螺密度:叶榭镇0.89只/0.11 m^(2),泖港镇0.65只/0.11 m^(2),石湖荡镇0.26只/0.11 m^(2),新浜镇0.24只/0.11 m^(2);不同螺点环境类型有螺面积:林地151250 m^(2)(85.95%),河道13810 m(27.85%),沟渠6910 m(23.93%),田滩地4010 m(22.28%);不同螺点环境类型平均活螺密度:沟渠1.01只/0.11 m^(2),田滩地0.86只/0.11 m^(2),林地0.57只/0.11 m^(2),河道0.40只/0.11 m^(2);不同地区及不同螺点环境类型活螺框出现率均呈下降趋势且差异有统计学意义。【结论】虽然松江区有螺面积、平均活螺密度和平均活螺框出现率等螺情监测指标仍处于历史较低水平,但平均活螺密度和平均活螺框出现率与其他地区或全国平均水平相比处于较高水平。应重点关注黄浦江上游及支流地区,特别是苗木移植重点地区,应加强监测监管,降低钉螺输入风险。[Objective]To analyze the monitoring results and trends of Oncomelania in Songjiang District of Shanghai from 2007 to 2023,and to provide reference for future monitoring work.[Methods]The data of snail monitoring in Songjiang District from 2007 to 2023 were collected,including the location of snail spots,the number of survey frames,the area with snails,the number of frames with snails,the total number of snails,etc.The density of living snails and the occurrence rate of living snail frames were calculated.[Results]From 2007 to 2023,a total of 158 snail spots were found in 22 administrative villages in 4 towns in Songjiang District,including 131 emerging snail habitats(82.91%)and 27 reemerging snail habitats(17.09%).The total snail area was 175980 m^(2),the number of snail frames was 10061,and 33302 snails were captured.The highest density was 260/0.11 m^(2),and 15662 snails were dissected.No positive snails were found.The average density of living snails was 0.60/0.11 m^(2) and the average occurrence rate of living snail frames was 17.99%.The snail areas in different areas were Yexie Town 126000 m^(2)(71.60%),Maogang Town 26470 m^(2)(15.04%),Xinbang Town 17040 m^(2)(9.68%),and Shihudang Town 6470 m^(2)(3.68%).The average density of living snails in different areas was 0.89/0.11 m^(2) in Yexie Town,0.65/0.11 m^(2) in Maogang Town,0.26/0.11 m^(2) in Shihudang Town and 0.24/0.11 m^(2) in Xinbang Town.The snail areas of different snail habitats were as follows:woodland 151250 m^(2)(85.95%),river 13810 m(27.85%),ditch 6910 m(23.93%),farmland 4010 m(22.28%).The average density of living snails in different snail habitats:ditch 1.01/0.11 m^(2),beach 0.86/0.11 m^(2),woodland 0.57/0.11 m^(2),river 0.40/0.11 m^(2).The occurrence rate of living snail frames in different regions and different snail environment types showed a downward trend and the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion]Although the snail monitoring indicators such as snail area,average living snail density and average living snail frame occurre
