摘 要:为了解决取料机集中润滑系统压力低、供油不稳定、作业效率低等问题,设计一种智能润滑系统。该润滑系统通过内部逻辑控制,由电动润滑泵输出清洁润滑脂,经供油主线和支线后通过JPQ型递进式分油器分别送至各个润滑点,对每个点进行定时、定量科学合理的润滑。该系统经取料机运行测试效果良好。In order to solve the problems of low pressure,unstable oil supply,and low operational efficiency in the centralized lubrication system of the reclaimer,an intelligent lubrication system is designed.The lubrication system is controlled by internal logic,and clean lubricating grease is output by an electric lubrication pump.After passing through the main and branch lines of the oil supply,it is sent to each lubrication point through a JPQ type progressive grease separator,and each point is lubricated in a timely,quantitative,scientific and reasonable manner.The system has been tested and proven to be effective by the operation of the reclaimer.
