摘　　要：2022年女篮世界杯中国女篮取得亚军的优异成绩,但中国女篮与世界强队间仍然存在一定差距。通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和比较分析法,对2022年女篮世界杯决赛(中国女篮对阵美国女篮)进行分析,研究中国队的得失分因素,结果显示中国女篮存在进攻效率低、防守能力差、控球能力和组织能力差等问题,同时存在对抗缺乏侵略性、国际大赛经验不足等问题。针对分析结果,提出女篮在今后的训练和比赛中要培养多样性进攻手段、强化自主进攻能力、提高防守的韧性、加强球员国际交流等建议。October 1,2022,the Women’s Basketball World Cup final was held in Sydney.The Chinese women’s Basketball team won the second place and there is still a big gap between China and the world’s top teams.In this paper,through the method of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the 2022 Women’s Basketball World Cup final(Chinese women’s basketball vs.American women’s basketball)was analyzed,and the disadvantage and deficiency of the Chinese team were studied.The results revealed issues such as low offensive efficiency,poor defensive ability,inadequate ball control and organization skills,lack of aggression in competition,and insufficient experience in international tournaments.Based on these findings,suggestions were proposed for the Chinese Women’s Basketball Team to cultivate diverse offensive strategies,strengthen independent offensive capabilities,improve defensive resilience,and enhance international player exchanges in future training and competitions.
