摘  要:复叶槭(Acer negundo L.)为常见绿化树种。目前生产中扦插已成为主要的繁育方式。设施生产中的土壤由于连作或化肥施用不当导致营养失衡,甚至造成盐胁迫。为提高设施生产复叶槭扦插苗的成活率,本研究设置了氯化钠、碳酸钠与碳酸钠+碳酸氢钠3种盐胁迫处理,各处理设置0 mol/L、50 mol/L、100 mol/L、150 mol/L与200 mol/L,共五个水平。得出以下研究结果:随着盐溶液p H值的增大与处理时间的延长,叶片中叶绿素含量逐渐降低;SOD活性随盐浓度的升高呈现出先升高后降低的变化趋势;POD活性随着盐浓度的升高而升高;MDA、Pro含量逐渐升高;可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白无显著性变化。Acer negundo L.is a common green tree species.Currently,cutting has become the main breeding method in production.The soil in facility production may experience nutrient imbalance and even salt stress due to continuous cropping or improper application of fertilizers.In order to improve the survival rate of Acer maple cuttings in facility production,this study set up three salt stress treatments:sodium chloride,sodium carbonate,and sodium carbonate+sodium bicarbonate.Each treatment was set at five levels:0 mol/L,50 mol/L,100 mol/L,150 mol/L,and 200 mol/L.The following research results were obtained:as the pH value of the salt solution increased and the treatment time extended,the chlorophyll content in the leaves gradually decreased;The SOD activity shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of salt concentration;The POD activity increases with the increase of salt concentration;The content of MDA and Pro gradually increases;There was no significant change in soluble sugars and soluble proteins.
